emailTUNE™ World Class Tuning for your Corvette Halltech’s proprietary emailTUNE™ allows us to tune your Corvette without removing your ECM. We have developed tuning for the Halltech Killer Bee™ AAIS that has pushed the HP envelope to 484 RWHP on the Z06. How it works: You purchase our exclusive emailTUNE™ Package. You will receive the hardware, software, and single license from Carputing, LLC, which requires a laptop (Windows XP or Vista) to install the software for uploading and downloading your stock ECM file. The OBDII Port under your steering wheel is where you access the ECM. Once you upload your file, you simply attach it to an email to Jim Hall for his custom high performance tuning for your application. Two additional updates are free. After that they are $100.00 each for updates. Once the tuning is completed, we email the tuned (emailTUNE™) file back to you for downloading. It is really that simple. The best part of this is that anytime you decide to return your car to stock form, it takes no more than 5 minutes to reflash your original stock file back to the ECM. Dealer safe, and warranty safe. We have developed very Safe Street tuning, with very mild timing and fuel curves for maximum torque and throttle response and drag racing tunes, which delete torque management, intake air timing reductions, and max horsepower curves. Road Racing tuning biases torque and safety for the harsh long term conditions of this sport. Halltech has developed cam tuning for Katech’s cam packages that Katech endorses for use all over the world. We have seen from 538 RWHP to 554 RWHP with the Halltech/Katech combination. Most recently, Halltech tuned the Z06 driven by Congaman in Sweden, that beat both the awesome Mercedes McLaren SLR, and Porsche Carrera GT, both costing over $450,000.00 all the way to over 160 mph. Now that’s world class.
