Description:

Monotube shocks
Purpose: Increases performance, stability
Delivering additional handling and control compared to twin-tube designs
The newest concept in ride control
The more responsive monotube design automatically adjusts to driving conditions
Ideal as a replacement for an OE monotube or as an upgrade from a twin-tube
Applications for cars, trucks, vans, and SUVs
I replaced my Z51 Bilsteins with these KYB's. I was set on buying the Bilsteins until several other parts needed to be replaced and decided to try the KYB's in order to save money (half the price of the Bilsteins). I was thoroughly surprised at how close these are to the Bilsteins with the handling. They are 95-98% as tight as the Bilsteins and respond VERY well. Anyone on a budget that wants to save a little $$ but not want to sacrifice the handling, I highly recommend these as the only replacement to the Bilsteins. Price for 4 shocks was $154.
