excellent jobs with the video guy. Wouldn't it be safe as well to block out the license plates while they are clearly viable (guessing thats why you blocked out the faces from the popo)?

Probably because in the scenes where they are visable he wasn't actually in the act of breaking the law so no actual proof exists of THAT plate number doing anything in those videos. Yes, it's probably smarter to block the plates all of the time just to keep the popo from figuring out who he is but I'm guessing they already know who he is, they just haven't caught him in the act...
...yet.
That's what seperates him from the ricers, the fact that he's actually bringing power to a race AND that he's smart enough to not get caught or stay so far in front of the cops that they can't get his plate number OR an accurate description of his vehicle. Do you know how many Ws-6s are on the road daily?

No, nor do I think that when a plate was visable could the video be ran frame-by-frame to get the number at the resolution you were running for the "alleged" illegal stuff.
I could see some faces though...

Yeah but really though, we are talking about FL here. I see quite a few around Lubbock and it's only got 250,000 people!

ha, I try not to show plates, Like you said, the resolution it is compressed to for the interweb, helps me out a lot.
