Question Keeps Loosing memory....

I set my seat memory and have not had any issues until latley...When I start her up in the AM after setting all night my seat does not go back to the memory position. After I manually put it back and drive to my work and then get back in after a while like for lunch the memory is back and the seat goes to where it is supposed to. Why would it not do this all the time?
