New vette owner
I just acquired 84 vette. Well I traded an atv for it haha. But it runs good I just have a few questions about the lights. It seems they are flashing with the motor and going down the the road the dash you can flickering. Any ideas where to start on that? Now for the good part the brake pedal makes a hissing noise when pushed so far then it stops when you push it all the way?? I'll have a lot more questions when I do a really good once over tomorrow. I did drive it home about an hour drive with no problems.

Congrats on the purchase. 84's are interesting with the Crossfire motors. And they are the stiffest of the C4 suspensions. Hope your teeth fillings are secure!
Your dash issue may just be a loose ground. There are threads here about fixing that problem.
Have fun and post up some photos.

Battery got a charge? Alternator? Fuel pressure? The biggest issues you will find is that not a lot of people know much about the Crossfire motors. They were only in 82 C3's and 84 C4's. Best money you'll ever spend is on the good factory service manuals. Worth their weight in gold.

It'll spin over and it's getting fuel just no spark. Guess ill have to gut it and build a motor now. Without the fuel injection and all the fancy electronics.
