I use the DBA 5000 2-piece rotors on the front and rear of my C6 what is equipped with the Z06 brakes. Its an easy install. Just remove the calipers, pull the original rotors off the wheel studs, slide the new rotors in place, then re-install the calipers. Probably a good idea to install new pads when installing new rotors, too.
If your car has 50k miles, the calipers should be fine, unless it's seen a lot of track useage.

Why do they call it "common sense" when, in fact, it has become so uncommon?
That's my opinion, it outta be your's. |

I've had zero issues with the DBA rotors. I don't track the car, so, do they perform better than the original rotors?
I really don't know.

You have the 5000 series on the rear also? I did not think they made a 5000 application for the rear on any of the Corvettes?
Let me know, would love to see what you have.
Thanks,
Jim

The rears are also DBA with the "Kangeroo Paw" holes and slots. They do not make a two-piece rear rotor to my knowledge. The centers are gold anodized to match the front.
Sorry, no pics.
