Paint code help!

I have a 78 that has a two tone paint. The upper paint is light silver and the lower is considered dark silver. This is I believe to be the 25 anniversary silver.

I purchased a new chin spoiler and need to get painted.

I went to an automotive paint supplier and they could not find the correct two tone paint. It did not show in any of there books.

The metal tag by the drivers door has an, I 12
13L paint
just like I have it here.

Looking in my restoration material I see it as being both upper and lower colors as code 13. This cannot be correct as there is an all silver with code 13.

Then I look in a book about restoring and upgrading your 68-82 and it shows a 13/07 as the code for the rpo B2Z which is the rpo for silver anniversary.

So, anyone have any info?

Thanks so very much!

The Official NCRS book lists the color code as

13U/07M . . . . . Silver/Dark Gray (Anniversary) 15,283 made

These are the old, original codes for factory paint. Your paint supplier can use these codes to find your paint.

You could see silver as upper and lower paint color because the car was painted silver all over first. After the the silver, the lower dark silver was applied. After both colors were baked, the tape stripes were applied.
