Eating Habits.............WTF

...what the hell are you suppose to eat that's "heart healthy"
when TV tells you these are good for you but a week later
they come back and say the new report says don't eat it....

....so I boiled some pasta, found these packs of Alfredo Sauce
mix (0 Fats) period, add (1%) milk, add butter (fake shit 8% what ever)
and now Kathy says I can't eat it cause when I mixed all
together it becomes bad for you....WTF.....

....it gets tiring at times to eat like a dam rabbit.....

....yesterday I had to have (2) places draw blood, one for
regular Doc, and the other for my VA test so there was
that 12 hour fasting before test, so on the way to the test
she's eating a onion bagel with cream cheese, dam was I
hungry......

I read what you're writing 92, I'll eat a Buick if it's fried.

If you're into reading take a look at "Wheat Belly". An interesting read, but I don't know how one could completely remove wheat from their diet, especially if you're not allergic to glutens.

I don't know anymore. I'll probably be dead from a heart attack before I'm 60. Seems nothing is good for you anymore.

My son has Eosinophilic Esophagitis (simply, his esophagus is allergic to food). He absolutely cannot eat Dairy, Wheat, Soy, Gluten or tree nuts. What he does eat is plain meat, fruit and vegetables that are prepared without any seasoning in a clean, sterile environment where the utensils, pots, pans, and cooking surfaces have not touched anything else. The cooking sprays, oils, or seasonings all contain some sort of Dairy, Wheat, Soy or Gluten products. Some of the chain restraurants purchase their meats already preseasoned and vegetables are sprayed with soy so that they simply look fresh when served.

He has never had fast food, McDonalds, pizza, ice cream or even a simple hot dog. Other than his severe food allergies he is very healthy and extremely active.

One of my patients lost 35 lb quick on the Wheat Belly diet. He gave me the book, and it looks a lot like the South Beach diet, but goes a little further. I did South Beach for about 5 months a few years back, and by the time I finally ate a hamburger, my eyes rolled back in my head and it felt better than a hit of heroin. Once addicted to wheat, I think our brains grow in desire every day we don't have it until we would eat a turd if it had some wheat in it.

....gotta watch out for the "Frankenwheat"*****

***** It contains twice the number of chromosomes.
This means it codes for a much larger variety of gluten
proteins, or “super gluten,” as Dr. Hyman likes to say.

It contains high levels of a “super starch” amylopectin A,
which excels at making both Cinabons and bellies swell.

And it’s full of wheat polypeptides called gluteomorphins,
which trigger an opiate-like response in the brain, so guess
what? You’ll want more Frankenwheat.

....So who's South Beach:

.....Mine..........

.....Yours..........
