Let's continue this fun project. Looks like i am in love with the carbon fiber. I just just asked my wife 5 minutes ago before I post this- " Would you like me to put a carbon fiber fabric on the walls in our bedroom??"
She said-" You are crazy!!!" LOL

Adding more reinforcing materials- 2x2 twill pure carbon
