LT...I know...and as much as I don't REALLY want to believe it, I accept that Jalopnik is the most accurate depiction. But the shape of that opening in the "headlight position" doesn't even seem to be able to somehow later "become" the opening for the headlight we have seen. That front picture to me is the final fenders without the nose.

IMHO: we're looking at the wheel well liners - the plastic inside the fenders.

BAH! You're right. Look at how they cascade smoothly into the engine bay. Left side shows this more clearly. Good eyes.

That last picture I believe is the INSIDE (part you don't see) of the rear quarter panel/sill. Looks like it has quite a flare to it, much like the racecars.

The front end is very 3rd generation like, from the lines to the extractor (which has a similar design as the big block 3rd generation Corvettes).

Based on leak renders I actually do not believe the Jalopnik rendering to be the most accurate.
