Gives too much of a cheesy euro/aftermarket feel.

Hopefully, they will offer the vents in customizable colors. Body color, other Vette colors, and chrome, same with the head light bezels.

It's hard to say they killed it when sales were as low as they are. The corvette is a world beater and now has in your face love it or hate it styling. I think the car looks great and will attract new buyers. IMO

If you look just to the right of the e-brake button, there's a compartment the looks just big enough to put a brake lever. Maybe there'll be an aftermarket solution for those who want an actual lever (it looks to be almost in the same position as the C6 e-brake, just a few inches further forward).

That compartment is probably for cups. That what it was for on the C4's. Actually, now that I think of it, in the early C4's half the space in that compartment was for an ashtray.

The frame
I just love the interior. I think it has a lot of C4 in it and a dashboard that makes you think "hmmm...is think what Corvettes dash would look like if they stayed with the 1984-89 theme?" The choice between a GT and race seat was great too.
Look at pictures of the bare frame....they DID NOT need to get rid of the bubble back glass or use a side window!!. And even if they wanted to get rid of the traditional back glass the hatch could've flowed out into a slicker design instead of this crap.

The first thought that comes to mind with the rear is the China man on the Buggs Bunny cartoons. You know, the one with the sqinting eyes, black rim glasses, and buck teeth.
I will buy one in a couple of years when the hype comes down, the over stickers go away and the got to have it first's have gotten thiers.
Waiting for a couple of years will give the after market guys time to come out with some really cool stuff. Over all I love it the design.
Now for some mre waiting for the first drives and some performance numbers. Performance numbers are what I am most concerned with. It will be no fun to drive unless I can show them my Bugs Bunny China Man rear end.

Also, I just looked at my black C6 and compared its styling with the C7. Compared to the C7 my car is "clean" while the C7's styling is "cluttered." What to you think about this ??
