2nd C7 Rear End Mockup
I still love the new C7 and think it is the best Vette ever. Here is another very rough mock up with round tail ights (I am not a photoshop guy)

To my eyes , that looks sooooo much better! That rear end needs so much cleaning up. This is a great start. Love what you've done so far.
If I had any brains, I'd have set up a company to make aftermarket rears for the C7 ever since Patrick confirmed the Jalopnik rendering.

Thank you. I like this as well if you want to go to round tail lamps. I don't hate the way they have it but I agree and aftermarket company will do well with creating alternative rear trim pieces!

I think You are starting to make the Corvette look a little viperish though

If this were the design that GM released, no doubt people would be bitching that it looks like an Impala. There's just no pleasing some people.

That looks much cleaner. If someone did that and got rid of that goofy looking wrap around cockpit design, I'd trade in my ZR1 in a heart beat.

Like I said before ,if you look around and nit pick, you can find about any design similarities in cars.

I gotta say as soon as I saw your design I was wishing the real car looked like that.

Feels a bit Ferrari 360/430 ... but i like it better than a CAMARO inspired design for sure...

At least the rear would match the front then.
Personally, I like it. Much cleaner look with less clutter.
Just need to spread the lights further apart.

I like the new rear end but this mock up looks so much more high end. I am sure there will be some great aftermarket kits to choose from since this is such a hot topic.
