Popping sound front of car
I have replaced end links and bushings on sway bar. Still making popping sounds. Seems like low speeds turning and incline/decline. Speed bumps straight no noise. Can bushings be to tight or need to be torqued.

I may have the same problem. Soon after I installed Metal endlinks and C6-Z51 Sway Bars I started getting a rattle on all 4 corners of the car. I torqued everything to spec initially and no sounds, but after a few weeks it started rattling - mostly when turning into driveways at an angle - all four corners rattle. That has been on my list of things to double-check - maybe this weekend.

When I/we had the PFADT JOC stage 1 installed, it seems that the front shocks made a popping sound every now and then. One time really scared me because it happened over an uneven road several times but only from the passenger front side when I was rather far from home in Miami.
One thing my hubby noticed, after a couple of weeks driving with the new shocks & sway thingies, the shocks seemed to settle some and the top of the shock where the black rubber ring and nut is, the metal bolt part of the shock was extended out more - about an inch.
The Vette seems to drive and handle just fine, so I presume this is common.

I don't know if you have a previous thread on this issue, so just starting with the basics: Will it make multiple pops in a tight, low speed turn? If so, the steering rack could be on its way out. If not, I can only imagine it is a tie rod end or ball joint issue.
