Yes, I own a C6. I also own a C3 - had two in fact ... also a C4.
I find it interesting that those who like the C7 have a tendency to try to classify those who don't like the C7 into one group or another in an attempt to trivialize or dismiss our opinions. Pretty lame.
You like it fine. I won't attempt to categorize you into some stupid niche because of your particular tastes.
Go buy a C7 and we'll see how it plays in a couple of years.

I'm fairly sure it'll play out in favor of the C7. The Corvette hasn't gone backwards, but made a nice leap forward

These been posted?
Loving the yellow. Any color that contrasts against the black/CF exterior parts looks great so far.

I just keep thinking they must have snuck some Pontiac engineers in that were looking for work. I see Trans Am and Aztec all over the rear end.

Interestng how the rear quarter view looks better without that spoiler! Spoiler looks like it just got stuck on at the very end without thought given to esthetics. You can get away with that on the race car but simply tacking things on, even if functional, looks cheap.
Without spoiler and some aftermarket replacement parts for the rear lights, the car will look far better.
Forward of the rear fenders, the car is acceptable, but the rear qauarters need work.

I likewise find it interesting that those who don't like the C7 are the "enthusiasts" who believe the have a more appropriate view of what the car should be - and somehow younger and less involved car guys don't. I consider myself to be one of those enthusiasts, and although perhaps not perfect, believe the car has made positive steps.
The mid-years will always be the best, though.

I do tend to agree with you Brian. I expect by the 3rd model year we should have 490hp, and some possible wieght reduction and possible clean up of the rear ( that depends entirely on sales, sales down = cleanup, sales up=no change. )

I know I have posted this before, but it appears in some of the early leaks of the nose and tail fabrication images, that the taillight bezels are a one piece plug in that is placed into single openings in the bumper cover. Certainly they designed this for ease of assembly, but I wonder if this has also been done to allow for an easy image refresh or a reboot if the tail lights don't go over as hoped? In any event, painting the taillight bezels and miscellaneous vents body color would definitely clean things up a bit for those who feel the need. GM would be wise, I think, to offer this as an option.

The aftermarket will have a better solution for the tailight assemblies.

GM is launching a new orange with the VF and hopefully the SS. I wonder if it will make it to NA.....
I think it would look better on a Vette
