I was stupid when I was you but I never was this brazen.
I personally believe that if LAPD or CHP had fully armed gunships that patrolled the highways these kind of antics would stop. Just imagine that if the possibility that you could be blown to bits by a smart missle for blocking traffic or initiating a high speed chase.
As much as I would like to see this the reality behind it is it would never happen. Fear needs to be put back into people. Fear is what keeps people honest and keeps them from committing crimes.
