WOW!!
There is no intelligent person who read the news report that would disagree that the reference to an "Armed Guard" is complete "embellishment".
"Media Grandstanding" on the issue of gun-control.
Period!
Incredibly Sad!

Welcome to DC and more importantly, the news room. Where "embellishment" would be putting it lightly.

You have to admit though, the one you introduced me to in Carlisle with the mustache did look kind of like Apollo Creed.

Only because you have shook my hand in person and allowed me to personally funk up your bathroom can YOU get away with that. Otherwise, you'd have an ass whoopin' comin'.

Your welcome to your theories. Still does not change the FACT that and ARMED guard subdued and disarmed an ACTIVE shooter.

Bloomington Gold is supposed to be held in a new location this year. Is it going to be close to you?

Pretty Close Yes.
About 1 hour driving time going 70+ MPH.
If we play chase against each other, C5 with US Marine & C4 with the Mechanic, we can knock off alot of time. Maybe 20 minutes if we do no get caught.
Bring Gunny too.
He's hiding somewhere again, hooked on Digital Corvette too.
You cook - Grille & I supply anything You want.
You don't drink I know.
Gunny drinks alcohol like me with good company.
We can post on DC yet too from here.
Be fun.

Vette_Newb,
Thanks! Been checking-in here for a few years now; appreciate the acknowledgement! I've been waiting for an appropriate thread to enter the fray. Your thread caught my attention and I felt obligated to state an opinion. Well done!
I have no dog in this race! I will say that gun control and shooting kids in American schools is huge news!
Again; thanks for the warm welcome!
