Women should ‘duct tape’ nipples to stay out of jail
..talk about limiting you rights, no NC for me...... 
North Carolina Republican state Rep. Tim Moore says that
women can protect themselves from a new law that makes
baring female breasts illegal by simply applying duct tape to
their nipples.
On Wednesday, the state House Judiciary Committee C approved House Bill 34, which makes it a Class H felony
to purposefully expose “private parts” for the “purpose of
arousing or gratifying sexual desire.”

Leave it to a politician to figure out how to skirt the law.

A perfect example of why this kind of legislation should be kept at the state level and out of the federal level...
Now you don't have live in NC if you don't want to have your woman duct tape her nips during those private moments you may enjoy with her.

Good Point! Nibbling on duct tape would put a bad taste in your mouth.

The guy sitting next to her is clearly gay. No straight guy would be staring off in the distance. Even with duct tape, the girl is a more interesting view than whatever wall he is looking at.
