I personally think chrome sidepipes on a chrome bumper 'Vette are a plus. Sidepipes,although not similar to yours,were after all an option in '69.
Remember if you remove them you may have to deal with a modified rocker panel trim piece on the pass. side along with the fact that the rear valence will have to be modified.
Basically....Those that like them will buy it and those that don't won't.
I doubt you will lose many potential buyers either way. You have a very nice ride and just as it is when you try to sell anything the amount you ask for it will be the biggest factor in how many people your classic car appeals to.JMO....

I would agree the initial asking price can either draw people or promote low-ballers. People are conditioned to never pay the asking price no matter how well it's priced.

Side pipes look great on a chrome bumper C3. Leave them on. They can look shitty on a plastic bumper C3.
