We have been conditioned to marginalize bad peoples unacceptable behavior, due to the stringency of the punishment. Then... we are appalled when one of these bad people effects we good peoples lives in a negative and hurtful manner.

Both men acted in a manner that is counter productive to societies upright manner the majority live by -through the actions they chose to live their lives by.

Both received what they deserved.
I don't disagree with you about any of this. The tread was just about his death as I'm sure we all remember where we were when the riots jumped off. The man did his time for the crimes that he was convicted for. With that said, I don't feel that he should be dragged through the wringer after he dies, considering the nature of his criminal activity. I would hate to have people look at me as a criminal dirt bag because I let a parking ticket go to a warrant and got arrested during a traffic stop where I was speeding 20 over.

Let's face it, we all could have a criminal record had we been caught doing some of the things that we have done. Hell, I could be doing federal time for some of the crap I did in the Marines.

I too looked at the man as an undesirable but again in death and considering what he did, I will allow him to rest in peace.
