We have two weekday events (usually the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month), for all colors of Corvettes, sponsored by the Red Barons, and one Sunday meeting monthly (usually the 2nd Sunday of each month). Owners of all colors of Corvettes are invited to come to these events. An RSVP is requested so that we know if you are coming (for space requirements).

Check our online calendar ( http://www.redbaroncorvettes.com/RBCalendar.htm ) for future events and let me know of any other events that you want added to the calendar for this year.

All AMERICAN Wheels, Wings & Burgers Car Show
Sat, August 22, 5PM – 9PM
NW Regional Airport (see below)

The Red Barons are sponsoring a Get Together, hamburger cook-out and show & shine at NW Regional Airport in Roanoke, Texas from 5:00PM to 9:00PM on Saturday, 08/22/09. ALL AMERICAN anrique, classic, custom, street rod, resto mod, muscle, stock, and vintage cars plus specialty and vintage aircraft ARE INVITED!!! Directions: Traveling on I-35W, take exit 74 (first one north of Texas Motor Speedway). Go east on Crosstimbers (FM1171) for .5 mi. to Cleveland Gibbs Road and turn right (south). If you come from the east, traveling west on Crosstimbers (FM1171), go 1.9 mi. past Hwy. 377 to Cleveland Gibbs Road and turn left (south). Travel south on Cleveland Gibbs Road for .3 mi. and turn at the first left at the north end of the runway. STOP!! Check for approaching/departing aircraft. Continue east. The road curves right (south) and becomes Kelly Road. GTG is at 5360 Kelly Road. Since NW Regional IS an operating airport so, be to sure to park far enough off (20')of taxiway so that aircraft wings can clear cars. Food and drinks available at nominal cost. Thursday, 07/24/08, at 7:00PM Fuddrucker's 2001 Hwy. 121 next to Bass Pro in Grapevine has been cancelled due to anticipated low attendance, based on the responses received so far, and possible isolated thunderstorms in the area this PM.

Please keep this thread reserved for information about, and reponses to, Red Baron Get Togethers only. Feel free to start a separate Off Topic thread, if you want. Just remember to follow the DC guidelines with regard to content, etc.

The Red Barons have resumed hosting an All Corvette Get Together at Redneck Heaven at 2501 S I 35 E in Lewisville, TX 75067 (972) 459-7336‎ next to Vista Ridge Mall. The GTG is starts at 7:00 PM on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month. Other activities, weather, etc. have kept everyone from meeting for awhile but, we're going to start up again now that nice weather will be a more regular occurence. Please post your RSVP's here. If you haven't already signed up with the DigitalCorvettes.com forum, it's easy. Please join so that you can post your replies.
