check this out at you chevy dealer. A way to keep evaporator dry & prevent odor

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This will help to decrease any HVAC or ventalation system odor due to microbial growth that normally occurs on the damp evaporator.

There's a problem with using the rear hatch pull-handle to open the doors when the battery has died. The windows stay indexed up and the doors don't open... Anyone else think that someone wasn't thinking when that was designed?

Better glue or whatever on top. Mine blew off once.Runflats suck for noise.
Change cab filter under hood on passenger side for air conditioning smell. It gets moldy and wet and does smell bad.I even put one of those deoderant trees in with it. It works!

I forgot the resin/glue smell, although Adam's leather cleaner and conditioner helped.

They will open, you just have to pull really hard. Closing them, however, is just about impossible.

When I store my car for long periods of time, I always leave the driver's side window open about an inch. This eliminates the problem.

Too bad there isn't a way to close the convertible's decklid without getting fingerprints all over it. Would it have been so hard to have the coupe's pull-down feature on the 'vert?

...and if that's the only thing I can find to complain about, I guess things are pretty darned good! Oh, wait -along with nearly everyone else, put me down as not being a big fan of the runflats.

My CD player/Radio still doesn't turn on right away. Comes on when it wants too and listens to whatever CD it feels like. I just consider this a minor thing as MY VETTE OBVIOUSLY HAS A MIND ALL IT'S OWN.

Tried to get this fixed 3 times already, I'm done taking it and leaving it for weeks at a time for the dang Radio.

A better PCV system, but other than that (and of course the runflats) I'm pretty happy. This car is honestly a big leap forward compared to the C5. It looks better, rides better, performs better, etc....

Coming from an aging c4 that needed almost constant maintenance, I have no complaints about my c6, it's the best car I've ever owned.

Though I don't own a C6 I have driven a 2006 coupe with the 6 speed auto.
I don't know what the hell Vette needs paddle Shifters for, but if that's where we are going with automatics GM could fix that massive shift lag under full throttle. I hit the rev limiter in every gear when it would finally decide to shift I already let off the gas. A "manumatic" stick shift would look a hell of alot better too, like on the BMW Z4!
