How to replace the battery in the FOB

Howdy,

Tonight I got on the 1st birthday of the car, the "No Key FOB" message ....

So how do you replace the battery? I don't want to break the FOB whilst opening it, is there is trick or what?

Thanks,

Cedric

Just stick a quarter in the little slot and twist. You'll probably have to pry a bit more after that to get it all the way open. They aren't really too fragile, I've put mine through the washer and dryer before. Not on purpose of course.

I ended up taking a screwdriver and nicked the plastic here and there. That's was I trying to avoid.

Thanks for the tip,

Cedric
