I've seen Dennis race in 60-70 degree weather on more than one occasion.

Dennis was there at the very first running of the Corvette Challenge Pro 11.50 when Rob Farley first introduced it back in 2007.
A series that I too now compete in regularly (along with the QTP EFI 11.50 events) as well by the way.
Tony competes regularly throughout the summer up in Buffalo as well.
