Don't the panels bolt right up to the C5 chassis?

No Thanks...

I love the C5 and I love the C6, but that bastard child, abomination for some reason, just doesn't look right. Not sure what it is, it is NOT pleasing to my eyes. But, hey everyone has their own taste and opinions....

A lot of race cars are built useing a C5 frame and C6 skin. I have looked into it for my track car. The C5 and C6 frame are almost identical. You need C6 wheel housing and C6 rear tub. Also the roof has to be done.

This is a C5 ZO6

The whole C6 Body looks awesome, even on the C5 Chassis/Frame. I just didn't like the C6 front with the rest of the car being the C5 body.

It would make since (financially) to use a C5 frame; especially if you already had one, and then changing the body to the C6.
