Front fender repair advice

My rh side front fender is cracked and missing some of the lip. Do I have to replace the entire fender or can I rebuild the lip and bond the crack together. I am also seeing the bonding strips telegraph thru the paint. Any thoughts ?

just from the crack and lip fix you can fix without replacing the whole thing. But I can't tell how bad the rest of the panel is

Your fender damage is repairable. Bonding seam show is normal. Leave it until it comes time for new paint.
