Daytime running lights

I am switching my front turn signals to LEDs. Can I wire it in to a circuit that comes on with the ignition and have daytime running lights? Thanks

then your going to need an entire circuit because the tails and parking lights are already on a circuit together, or some sort of one way filter that will allow voltage to go through from the rear but not the front (if that makes any sense)

The front and rear turnsignals are on the same circuit.
If you want DTRL's, you'll need a separate circuit for them.

If you put DTRL's in your turnsignal housings, what will you use for front turn signals?

The front and rear tai lights have 2 circuits going to the 1157 bulb . One is for parking light the other for signal. So when you activate the signal is it canceling the parking light or is it getting brighter because its activating the signal filament in the bulb?

A couple of diodes will isolate the front parking lights- between the bulb and the diode- wire a switched 12v source. Done...
