That Cop is under suspension, administrative leave and that cyclist's ticket has been wiped clean. The cop had a motorized vehicle on a cycling and walking/running path and was at fault. The ticket was for speeding which the cyclist was not doing. The cop saying the ticket was actual for arguing with the cop for having his motorcycle on a cycling/walking/running path.
