when a newly elected president writes an executive
order a few days after his first inauguration,
for the purpose of closing Guantanamo and he
says it will be closed in no less than one year.
Then 4 years later, after his 2nd inauguration,
Guantanamo is still open but he closes the
office that he had put in charge of shutting it down.

Meanwhile, unemployment has gone up
to 7.9% and what does he do?
He shuts down the jobs council that he
proudly announced 4 years ago.
