Peter Max Corvettes

I saw the original photos of Peter Max's Corvettes two weeks ago and since he was to be exhibiting at a gallery here in Kansas City later that week, I printed a couple of photos and went to the opening. I introduced myself and a Corvette artist and mentioned the photos of his Corvettes appearing on digitalcorvettes.com and he was really confused. He noted the name of the website and when I asked if he had plans to continue with the Corvettes, he mentioned a building was being built for the cars and they hoped to move them shortly. He asked about my type of Corvette art, if I created paintings or painted on the cars, and I offered to help in any way if the project continues.
I think he was unsure these photos of Corvettes were of his cars. I fully expected Peter to contact digitalcorvettes.com by now. He did sign one of the photos I took to the gallery. We'll just have to wait and see what happens.
