Do they make 17 inch corvette rally wheels?

I love the look of the stock wheels on the vette, but I would prefer the bite or a lower profile tire on a 17 inch wheel. Anyone got any tips?

Horsepower is like potato chips. If you have 300, you want 500. If you have 500, you want 800. One is never enough.

Wow,those are nice wheels! Do you know who makes them? Is it Wheels Vintiques, or does Paulson have them made? Thank you for your input!

I really don't know who makes them- I called Stockton Wheel, a couple others, and Paulsen was just a bit cheaper so that's where I went. Called them, placed the order, and they showed up. One of the rears was bent in shipping and they got me a new wheel really fast. They did have a problem with the plating company being a little slow, but they kept me informed the whole time. I'd have to give them high marks for customer service.

I got 17x9's with 4" backspace for the rear and 4-1/2 backspace for the front. To get the 4" backspace they had to reverse the rims so I had them reverse the fronts to match.

I put Goodyear eagle F-1 GS-D3's on- 285/40's in the rear and 275/40 on the front- no rubs, drips, errors.

Thanks Lester

They are now called Wheel Vintiques. I checked into these and all the guys on the forums said they were having problems now, etc. Summit Racing carries them, and are being shipped out of round, all kinds of stuff. Summit is receiving them from the manufacturer that way.Anyway, how long have you had yours? They really look nice, and I am by no means saying they aren't good. I like yours, they are sharp! One guy told me that he went through 6 sets and finally gave up and got the Torque Thrusters.

Its a real shame to hear they have been having problems.
The wheels arent on my car so I dont know, They are just on a fellow club members here in the UK. I know that they have been on there for a few years.
God knows what we would do over here if we had a problem, shipping would almost make it not worth returning a wheel to get a new one.
I now have Torque Thrusts on mine. I love the wheels, but hate the fact that everyone has them...... I feel a bit of custom paintwork coming on on mine to make them unique
