You know....I think if I lived in the right area and had a C6, I'd most likely do the same thing. Is that bad?

Ha! That's awesome! They had us all fooled for sure (including me)! I thought these cars had dealer plates? Anyways, that's very cool. Hilarious, I think. Although I do feel bad for people like Pat who paid big money for these photos, although that's a risk you take, I guess, and the photographers who I'm sure will have some pretty upset clients.
Good job nonetheless, Winding Road!

Hahaha....I wonder what the engineers in the Corvette group have been thinking all this time. That is hilarious.
Don't worry everyone, it's still in the making....there will be one for sale at some point.
And no, at least one of the photos I saw you can clearly see there is no "manufacturer plate" on it...plus it wasn't a standard ol' blue Michigan plate either...

Hypocrite-- 1. a person who puts on a false appearance of virtue
2. someone who owns a Corvette and lectures other Corvette owners on speeding |

I'll bet the engineers wish it would happen more often. It would make is easier for them to cover up the REAL test mule.

I checked the date and its December 1st not April 1st. The last time I was jerked this hard.........what happens in Vegas stays in vegas.........
Boy I guess they had everyone fooled. I bet Gm is laughing there ass off because who knows if someone spots a real mule if we will believe it. The corvette meets the boy who cried wolf.

Although, if this happens often enough, they don't even need to cover the REAL test mule, as everybody would be looking at the magazine test mule

What's even more comical is everyone including many DC members trying to analyze the hell out of this thing.
