I certainly hope not:
IMO they'd look completely out of proportion.
20's are way too big even on C4s.
I'm sure somebody can tell you one way or the other though.

Groovyjay runs 20's on his and i think there about as big as you would go on a c3.

Here's my 79 with 20" all around:



I did some research on 22" and it might be possible to run them if you could find the right tire. When I did my search I couln't find the correct size...

Railroad tracks are PITA to cross in any car. My car rides pretty nicely now with the 20"'s not too harsh but it's no BMW either...
