Here is a pic of the C8 in Michigan 4 hrs ago. Just waiting for the electrical wiring harness to be redone.

Corvette ownership is like owning your own fountain of youth ... and we get a sip from it each time the signal turns green.

Front end looks off. Maybe it doesn't have that production piece on it? Rear of the greenhouse seems alot different too.

Perhaps they are at a development stage where they cannot have cammo flapping around making noise, causing vibration, etc. BUT, they still can't let the wife be seen skinny dipping. So they have changed the cammo strategy to placing large adhesive panels directly onto the body, THEN covering with the cammo tape. The panels are likey sheets of lucite or even polycarbonate in high-pressure areas. In fact, the nose looks like they used foam rolls (smaller diameter pool float tubes) on the edge of the reshaping material which makes me think it is plastic or even metal as opposed to a masonite-type material. They didn't want the tape to spit and possibly peel back at higher speed.

OR, most of the above is completely wrong. Keep in mind that there is now a distinct possibility/probability that a sister Caddy will be built at BG and there comes a point in development when the two cars simply cannot continue wearing the same cammo and more of the unique shape will be seen. As you might recall, there was zero similarity in the C6 and the XLR body designs.
