I agree. That's why I prefer to do things such as oil changes myself. When you take your $51,000 car in for service and they don't seem to treat it any differently than a 1985 Chevy Cavalier (i.e., with indifference) it doesn't provide much incentive for a return visit.
Our Cadillac dealer on the other hand provides free oil changes, free car washes, and free Cappucino!
And, they remember your name when you come back in. It's entirely possible that they are abusing us somehow, but at least they use K-Y Jelly.
