Acctualy, I just got a good idea of something cooler to do, but I have never done it to pictures of peolpe before, so it may or may not work.

Wish I would have thought of that.
Intead I just set him on fire. Before I had only set text on fire so I didnt know how it would turn out setting a person on fire, but I think it looks pretty cool.

A quick FYI: I dont know how you guys go about finding the avatars I make for you, but the easiest way is to just click on my "My pictures" link, and since I post all the avatars all of them should be in there

Just got back from Christmas vacation to find this. I love it! That's exactly what I had in mind. Thanks!

Red face lucky be thee that caught me in boredom

<YouLoveVettes>with all the folx here that shout their love for all things vette</YouLoveVettes>, i'm surprised by how sadly/badly a good majority of the avatars "crunch/squish" their "precious".
so, i will offer one avatar, as an example, of what can and should be done with regard to:
  • following constraints of the medium/environment
  • still knocking socks off in the process
who's gonna be the lucky fanatic?

When you do an avatar for someone, can you fit their whole car in the frame or will you chop off the front and back like your avatar?

i suppose i can fit the whole thing in if they've got a photo that begs to do so. heck, what's right is what's best– wouldn't you agree patrick?
chopping the back & front when you have too

chopping just the back works too sometimes

and yes, full exposure gets the job done too i'll agree

heck, just popping right in seems to work at the moment.
but geez, nobody asked anyway, so i guess i'm off the hook.
