1969 corvette seat belts

I am trying to find where the retractor belt bolts to the car. It must be behind the seat somewhere. All I find is the center council bolts holes and the bolt hole under the seats that takes the buckle strap that goes threw a heavy bracket by the rear doors. I have a guide plate on top of the seat under the head rest that the retractor belt must go threw. thanks

hey, welcome to DC!

The shoulder belt bolted into a nutplate up on the "hump" over the frame rail. You should be able to see the nutplate from the wheelwell hiding between the frame rail and the body.
