So it's not worth bothering to put it in to fix?

I am on a diet! "Seeat it" (See it and eat it) Diet.

I've loved my vettes for more than 30 years ... and for most of that time I've hated the thought of having to hand the keys (or fob) over to (mostly) careless, know-nothing Aveo mechanics at most of the Chevy dealers I've dealt with over that time span. The thought of making an issue over this warning light problem with my local dealer sends a chill down my spine. I envision getting a call from the service manager telling me that my C6 won't be ready for another 3 weeks because they've removed the entire dash, the guages, steering wheel and half of the interior and they've ordered this "whidgit" part that they think will fix the problem. Then, after not having the vette for 3 weeks, a week after I get it back from the dealer ... the light comes on again and stays on.

Dude ... you loose any weight and you'll need to keep a 50 lb phonebook in the seat, just so you can trip the minimum weight sensor.

Corvette ownership is like owning your own fountain of youth ... and we get a sip from it each time the signal turns green.

Ok so the solution is to get a new ZO6 and let the next guy worry about it!

Happy Thanksgiving guys!

OK Guys: That makes three of us

Took my car for a ride today and for some reason was attracting every BMW on the road here. Even a Ducati 900 wanted to race. They all wanted to race. I haven't had that happen in quite a while. I really need launch control. I won't even think about going from a standing start.

Been talking to the Ferrari dealer here. I think they're more willing than ever to deal. (if there is such a thing at Ferrari). I think you can buy any current car for MSRP with the exception of the new 458 coming in the spring.

I get those little pesky 3 series bmw's challenging me all the time too. I Just roll on the throttle and pass em on by in 2nd gear!

I LOVE Lucille's, and a pre holiday visit would be very cool. However, we'll be in Mammoth on the 17th, with way too much to do before I can leave.

Work (normal + an early January move), gifts, lights and decor at two houses, Dr. Apmts for my parents .... crazy.
