Am I missing anything?
I believe just some sheet metal speed nuts
and sheet metal screws (2) to hold the passenger side fender tube to the fender, and a couple more on the plenum over the radiator to secure it to the radiator support frame. (Actually these may come already installed with your new pieces)
I used a heat gun and then pop rivetted a 1/8" thick 2"x 17"(?) piece of aluminum bar stock to the bottom side of the plenum intake (the section that slips over the radiator), to flatten out the bottom edge of the opening. My original 78 piece was a bit too wavy for my tastes, so I made it knife edge flat with the aluminum reinforcement.
Your new piece might be flat and may not need that additional bit, and it isn't NCRS, but I'm not doing NCRS.
