Lunch

How about next Wednesday the 28th at 12:30 or 1:00 PM?

If I could suggest a few new places (in no particular order) I am quite familiar with and can recommend highly because I am a regular:

1) Katella Deli on Katella in Los Alamitos (Probably the best deli food South of LA) Outdoor parking lot.

2) Lucille's BBQ, Jamboree at Barranca Pky in Tustin (BBQ Food) outdoor parking lot

3) Nello's Cuccina in Crystal Court (across from S.Coast Plaza)
(Fine Upscale Italian food/Pizza but casual in the mall across from Ruby's) Underground parking

OR we can always go to any of the old favorites. Perfectly ok with me.

Vaughn seems to be missing in action lately?

Unbelievable that they think a $375k Lexus will have any staying power.

If you guys had $375,000 that you had to spend on a car. What would you buy?

(Don't say a ZR1 and other cars too because I'm asking for your choice of one car and you must spend the $375K)

Would you buy the Lexus?

I guess if I had THAT kind of money, I would need to see/drive the Lexus before making a decision on it. That said for pure sex appeal Ferrari's definitely get my attention and probably my money.

Any of the new place work great for me; just pick and I'm in.

Hi Guys,

Can't make it this week - burried with work and the Halloween Haunt. Next week is closing AND I'm off to Denver for several days.

Corvette ownership is like owning your own fountain of youth ... and we get a sip from it each time the signal turns green.

The 15th or the 16th would be good for me.

Saw the pics of that pricey Lexus. The rear is a puzzle to me. This is not a mid engine car, but has a ton of mesh at the rear as if to flow heat out. It has a rear tranny, but so does the Vette and the top Ferarri without all that mesh. I think they are trying too hard to be a little different. Why does a V10 need a triangular 3 stack exhaust? I think this exhaust treatment has been done in the past and I didn't care much for it then either.

Notice that the body scoop trick behind the door window is not set on dark glass, but just a black painted background.

The rest of the care looks nice, but I don't see $300k+ in the design. I think any of the current Ferraris trump this lexus in looks easily. Even the now somewhat dated C6 stands up well against this design IMO, but I am very prejudiced.

Kids will like it, but not many kids have 300k to spend.
