Patrick, Becky and Family. I'm sure there are many of us who lurk in the shadows - we never post, but DC is still very much part of our everyday lives. THANK YOU!! You have inspired, helped, encouraged more than you know. Good luck with your future endeavours. As a fellow entrepreneur, I know it isn't always easy to make a decision to sell your "baby". Look ahead and remember the good times you had. Best Wishes!!

This is great news. I'd hate to have to start being a nice guy.

Former Democrat Elbert Guillory:
At the heart of liberalism is the idea that only a great and powerful big government can be the benefactor of social justice for all Americans. But the left is only concerned with one thing ó control. And they disguise this control as charity. Programs such as welfare, food stamps, these programs arenít designed to lift black Americans out of poverty, they were always intended as a mechanism for politicians to control the black community

Congrats Patrick!

I remember finding this site and watching Vette Dogs and thinking "Man, that guy has all the fun." I hope your new career allows you time to have fun in a Corvette once again.

So I've been doing a little digging. The new owner actually does own CF... but not the one you're thinking. It's corvette hyphen forum dot com. I wonder if they plan on keeping both sites as-is...
They do have two different Pontiac G8 forums, so it would not be unheard of them to keep sites with similar genres.

Verticalscope, please keep the BLUE Corvette site.

P.S. Their other Corvette site has as much as a 24 hour lapse between anyone posting, so we certainly have more volume.

Patrick, I'm happy for you, for your good

fortune and that you had the good sense

to step down before this endeavor became

a drudge. I've only been here since Sept.

2009, but its been great. Good place to

hang out and enjoy the rhetoric.

Hoping to see you posting once in a while.

My best to you and your family, you've

got much to be proud of.

Patrick, thanks for creating such an educational and fun site!

It's nice to know there is a place to go to talk about the ultimate subject, the Corvette, and also to blow off steam about current events. I can sling stinky mud at someone on one thread and then talk Corvette's with that same person on another! How cool is that!

Thanks for all you've done and the best of luck in the future!

You can only have it one way, America... individual freedom or big government. Which is it going to be?

Yep. The corvette hyphen forum dot com site is mine as well and I fully understand the traffic numbers there. Z06Vette dot com is another of my sites... one that is small but spunky.

Please understand that from a business perspective, there is nothing to be gained from rolling one site into another and our/my G8 sites are ample proof of that.

Don't worry. This site will always be blue until you convince me that it shouldn't.

Thanks... Don
