Get at least three (3) estimates and as many as four or five, then take the three highest and submit them to the insurance company requesting payment to be made yesterday, or you'll have to also charge them for a rental car and inconveneince!

Dude, don't let them total your car unless you are wanting that. Hope they hit you up with enough to get you in a better ride then you had. Not saying anything was wrong with the one you had, just wanting something good to come of it for you. By the way, how's your neck and back doing?

they are giving me $4000.00 over blue book, and I would not have them total the car if it would have been lower. I know I can get a better one now. and nothing happened to my neck and back.

Good! I was hoping that you'd come out of this alright Not sure what the BB is on your 91 but you're probably not too far from something like this

I agree with you. I wouldn't want an auto either. The one C5 I've driven was an auto...didn't like it at all. As hard as it will be you'll have to be patient, the deals are out there. A guy in my office just traded in his '98 6 Sp C5 for $16.5 a couple of weeks ago. We'll be on the lookout for ya!

Here a '99 6sp that closes pretty soon.
