Just put on some "steeleys" (wheels), install a spotlight, and put some magnetic base antennas on the trunk, and no one will ever fuck with you.

Black crown vic + no hubcaps (but use those little chrome centercaps) + CB antenna + tinted windows = people move the hell out of the way and always let you in in traffic.
