NAVY WRESTLING

I just got back from Iraq. One time I was in combat for 40 hours straight, shooting at people who were trying to kill me. And it was nothing compared to one division I college wrestling practice, let alone a whole season- CAPT Zembiec after getting back from 7 months in al Nasirreah, Iraq

RIP

I have to take at least 1000mg of aspirin or ibuprofen to make my headaches go away. One time a doc gave me tylenol with codine when I hurt my back. I took two of them and my wife called the doctor when she couldn't wake me up. He laughed and said "I told him only 1 at a time, he'll be up soon." I woke up 17 hrs. after I took 'em.
