I wasn't sure if it fell under local jurisdiction as a "Five-Finger Discount" or the Supreme Court ruling "Finder's Keepers vs. The State of Iowa" (1847). I ended up referring to the bag 'o jerky I found in the DCZ for closer inspection. Umm.
