That's why you don't try to remember it all. That's why you take notes. I have a video that explains how to watch my videos:

In order to find out how to see swirls with ANY kind of light, you have to watch my DVD's. I don't use any special light. I use common sense and a little know how. Also, I have a video on my channel that shows me using a 3" pad.

About apron

I was looking one of your videos and I saw you wearing a apron, that you bought from autogeek store. I saw many apron at autogeek , and I could not find your apron that holds the PC cable around my shoulder.

Do all apron has the cable holders strap ?

Thanks

Ps. I saw a video where you finally fix your car, wow.. You sounded like me, when it comes to working on something that needs fixing , but take time to fix it. And takes me months ...loll
I will fix a small section, then come another day and fix another

Did you see the date of that video? That was probably 6 or so years ago. I'm sure that Autogeek no longer carries that apron and no, they do not all have straps like that. That's the only one that I've seen like that.

As for that repair, that was a BIG repair. Especially big for someone who didn't have a clue how to do it when he started on it.

Opti-Bond Tire Gel and opti coat pro

Hi junkman

Are you still using opti bond tire gel or found something better.?

2. Are you familiar with Opti-Coat Pro

3. What products you think will protect the dashboard from getting dull .

4. I saw a picture of your car when you bought it, it was dull looking, and you brought the car back to life, nice.

Buffing Difficult Angles on the Side of A Vehicle

I saw your video on. "Buffing Difficult Angles on the Side of A Vehicle"

Did you traded your corvette for this car?
Just playing junkman,...

My question is , in this new car of yours, how long will it take you to paint correction the whole car? ( I think in your older video, you say 1 week at least, )

2. Thanks for your video,

Again, you need to post questions about that video in the thread about that video. This thread is about paint correction for novices.

About pads on the pc

Hi junkman

First you prime the pad, ok then you add 3 size peas , I understood that . At one point do you change the pad. ( suppose the car is not in a bad shape) ?

Here's where you go back and watch the videos again. You can't retain everything by watching them once or even twice. It benefits you.

Pads?

You mention about numbers of orange pads and white, but I do not recall you taking about changing pads, however you do talk about cleaning them and not do use too much compound , because the pad will get plug with chemicals.

, it's hard for me to explain to you in writing , what I really want to talk about. Because , your first though is like , dam man, he need to watch the video, or he is not watching the video.

If I was in person taking to you, man , I be asking mad questions, questions that make people think for a few secounds, and be like ummm yeaa.

Is like that video you made with the music, everyone understand that language..

Here's the deal. I'm a teacher. Teaching is what I do really well. However, hand holding is something that I suck at. So if I give you all the information you need to be successful, I expect you to take that information and use it to your advantage. After all, I'm not charging you a penny to obtain it and all I ask is that you use it to your advantage.

One thing you have to understand is that I have these videos posted on 20 different forums AND You Tube. Do you have any idea how many questions I get about stuff that I have already covered within these videos alone? Add to that, it took me 5 days of constant uploading in order to get these videos on the web and then I had to go through each one of them and insert the annotations. I don't get paid anything for all that time spent and trust me, it took forever for just these 5 videos.

I have over 100 videos on You Tube constantly generating questions. That's why I posted that video, "How to Watch a Junkman Video." At some point, YOU have to take the initiative and do the footwork. That's the way I was taught by a teacher who was REALLY good and who I appreciate to this day because he refused to hold my hand and forced ME to learn.

So like I said before, back to the 5 videos in post #1 of this thread. You need to watch them again and this time, take notes.

Ok

Ok junkman

I am glad you are a teacher , too bad I am not a student.

Thank you for all your hard work.

I remember a lot of stuff about your videos, maybe I ask stupid questions . My car is a daily driver, i can work on my car during the weekend . I know, it wil take me more than one day, I have to wash it, clay it, and do one section at a time. As a novice - I understand.

Thanks Marine 2008

Okay, rule number one. There is no way that you can retain all of the information that I put in these videos by watching them once. It is impossible. That's why I say to either take notes or watch them a bunch of times. That will keep you from asking about stuff that I cover in detail within the videos. That's the first step in becoming successful with this.
