Here is a few pics of whats going on with the car.

Pic of my engine before it went to race proven motorsports

Pic of the engine the way I received the car back. Wires loose loom ripped, open, and exposed wires.

Race proven motorsports sold me the intake manifold fuel rails and injectors. I assume they did not fit the car correctly. There are various connectors that were cut and relocated. They used butt connectors and electrical tape to make the modifications.

They had to install this crank shaft adapter from lingenfelter. The engine they sold me has a different crank shaft them my ls2. The wires on my harness were spliced and probed to do so. They also tapped into a fuse box. ( they said in a previous post that this was my fault.)

Race proven motorsports has not contacted me to resolve this issue. I have called and emailed them a few times asking to make this right. I ask this. A brand new engine harness from GM is $2500 I agree if they split the cost of this harness I will call it even. If there is any other damage to the car I will worry about it my self. The damages are estimated at $6000 for engine harness, ecm,and bcm damages as well as labor to install and repair. If they will agree to pay half of the engine harness at least this will show they care about their customers.

So they fucked everything up and the repair bill is 6 grand but you are willing to say they are a good shop and will endorse them if they pay 1/2 the cost of a new harness? Something doesn't add up....

Fuck it ignore the above paragraph, what do you want for the blower since you took it off the car?

I said the cost is estimated at $6000 between the harness possible computer damages and labor to repair at the dealer ship. I also said if they are willing to pay half of the harness I would at least say they stand behind their work at this point they messed my car up and gave it back broken. If they are willing to resolve this I'm not going to bad mouth them. That's not the point. The point is to do the right thing. I'm trying to meet them somewhere to easily make head way to getting my car fixed.

I sold it before I got the GTO back I needed a 4 Seat car so I used the money to buy another car. ( GTO was obviously not an option or my vette) I had my second son this year. Hunter Hes is 7 lbs and beautiful. Not to mention Ryder his bigger brother is beautiful as well.

No disrespect 87vette81big, but you distract from the thread. Secondly you seem to threaten RPM often. It’s becoming a joke thread at this point. Thread should be closed…..as topic regularly goes off topic.

87 vette has a unique way of talking but closing the thread is in no way fair to me I'm not saying anything that should be worthy of closing the thread. 87vette your welcome to post but please choose words wisely I appreciate the support.

Yes, please remove unnecessary/OT/Mafia postings.

I would like to understand from Fran why there are wires all over the engine bay?

I'm not even sure it's legal to have those wires like that in an engine bay.

Ok first off if your going to tell the truth tell the FUCKING truth. We DO NOT use but connectors and NEVER have. Those wires you posted pics of all fucked up are from whoever installed your blower. You have to relocate the MAP sensor when you do that so they are the extended wires all rigged you see.

The harness is pulled out bc that is where we found the melted wires.

The relay you show hanging we did NOT install. The lingenfelter box is wired EXACTLY how instructed to in their instructions.

We heat shrink, solder, and wire loom EVERYTHING we wire. So dont try to pass of stuff someone else installed saying it was our shitty install.

The intake manifold fuel rails and injectors we sold you are 100% factory OEM intake, rails, injectors... So not sure how they "wouldnt fit"

Goodbye.
