Thanks, I think it can easily make/break the way a car looks even on stock wheels!

I played with some c6 wheels my brother let me borrow to see if i liked how they look before he sold them off.

Classic auto air wasn't much help when it came to wiring up the trinary switch they sold me with their ac system. After a few phone calls and not being able to answer my questions on how the trinary switch works and should be wired I called tilden motorsports who built my harness and they were much more helpful and confident on explaining how the trinary switch should be hooked up. Classic auto air did finally email over some sort of a wiring diagram that halfway confirmed what tilden told told me. If anyone needs that just pm or post and I'll send it to you. Vintage air seems to have a ton of info online about their trinary switch.

Here's a quick sketch of how i wired in the switch with the ecm controlling my radiator fans. Hopefully this will help someone with a similar setup.

With that said i had to tear back into the harness to wire up the trinary switch and keep stuff clean. Took a while to find someone local to crimp the hoses for me. 4th place is a charm! Running out of space to cleanly route hoses/wires along the passenger side.

My first outting in it last friday. Drove it to work then over to alignment shop. Rear was slightly out since putting in the offset trailing arms (which i started before I began the ls3 swap).

The engine/trans tuning is a bit sloppy but it'll work for now til I get it back together with the ac working and some more miles on it.

Here's a quick video I shot test driving it the other night. It's a bit loud under throttle.

This is kinda part of my ls swap since it's grown into a while I'm there/ build thread. So I'm test fitting some new wheels. Got excited until I realized they sent me the wrong bolt pattern so I'll have to wait even longer now. At least I dont have to pay for return shipping. All I'll share at this point I'm going with an 18x10 square setup. My c5z's rears always barely stuck out and bugged me. Hopefully with sligtly less width and smaller tire theyll be pretty flush. But we'll see when the correct set comes in.

Your car pictures

Wow Blueday, your car is drop dead gorgeous! I like everything about it, especially the stance! I'm hoping mine sees the light of day before it gets too hot this summer. I may have to ping you from time to time when I run into questions, probably the suspension setup. You know, in the past I wasn't a big fan of sidepipes on C3's, but yours has changed my mind. They REALLY look good! A new option on the table.

You did a fantastic job, well done!

Thank you. The wheels kinda top off the ls swap. Cool that i could show you the way to "the loud side." Nah, some cars look good with them and some don't. Color combo, wheels, "look" all plays a factor.

Just pm or reply top this thread if you have any questions. My set up is pretty standard. Coil springs on front and fiberglass monoleaf on the rear. I just spent time making sure everything was level and looked tight before i got it aligned. I do think a the stance can make or break the looks of a car.
