grand kids education and cows

educating grand kids can be rather amusing!
today I noticed the next door neighbor had allowed his cows to get into the front yard and as I drove in they started to wander over too the fence on the property line to look me over...
I really did not think about that until a few hours later ,
when my 6 year old grandson Zachery, walked over ,
while I was typing up some info on the website!
he walked up and asked me
"POP-POP what do COWS EAT ?"
'
'

I turned around, in my swivel seat and said
" mostly annoying little kids that ask too many questions,
ESPECIALLY if they get close to the fence
the COWS start by grabbing them by the ears,
and in seconds the COWS eat down the kids body,
too the point theres USUALLY just two bloody stumps sticking out of two old sneakers..
.

I hate that, just finding the bloody sneakers , next to the fence, your grand mother always gets so upset..and the sneakers are always SO messy!"

I could see the 6 year old,s breathing and eyes rapidly increase in speed and size
and THEN my 9 year old grand son,MIKE ,
looks up from the computer game hes playing and says.....
ZACK!
I THINK GRUMPYS KIDDING!

.
.
.
.

I bust out laughing out loud,
at the look on the 6 year olds face.
.
.
. and hugged him, and told him cows eat grass, weeds, and hay, and he had nothing to worry about!

RACING...Because with baseball, football, basketball, tennis, and golf, you only need one ball

I used to think that I had learned patience as I got older. Then I realized that I just didn't give a shit
