I found some pictures to share. Of what I was doing before vetteXperts. In the below picture is my toolbox right next to the drag bike racer Brandon Simm's toolbox. This car was driven into a deep puddle with bad results. The stock rods let go without destroying the block. So we rebuilt his engine..

We sent the block out and once we had some specs we ordered pistons and rings and bearings from Chevrolet. The heads went out to cylinder head exchange..

All GM parts as any good shop should do for their customer. Even the clutch..

LS1 hand built by the wiz back in 2008. It just doesn't pay to build this way anymore. For the money and the cost and what these crate engines are it is stupid to go the rebuilt route when you can just have brand new and a warranty. Even under boost.

There are a few things that I have to be careful about. The lights are one, also I need to make sure I get a good night's rest every night. And I should be careful about drinking. I can drink and sometimes do, but it lowers my thresholds. So if I am drinking and I am tired or if I am drinking and I stare at a strobe light I might have problems.

RACING...Because with baseball, football, basketball, tennis, and golf, you only need one ball

I used to think that I had learned patience as I got older. Then I realized that I just didn't give a shit

For Chevrolet so loved the world they gave us LS V8 engines that whosoever buildeth with them shall not loose but win every drag race.

It is written. And so it is true.

Now. Chevrolet has told me that there are 100 people here today that are going to donate $500 to my ministry. So I might be able to continue to spread the good word. …in a C7. Which of you has the automotive God called on?

Don't be shy. If you are feeling it, I can be driving it.

Chevrolet can forgive all of us for our sins. For it is not what is on the outside that matters. No. That is just superficial. Lo, What matters is what is in our hearts. What is beneath the skin. Join me my brothers and sisters. Let us all swap LS engines into our hot rods. Let the spiritual revival enter our engine bays. Embrace it for all it's awesome power and righteous might. And great fuel efficiency and reliability.

For God so loved the world that he gave is the 2nd Gen LT engines. They were made of American iron like tanks, wrecking balls and shit. The LS engines are made from recycled Old Milwaukee cans. Who does God really love? The LT4 made as much power as the LS1 and it did it with 40 year old tech. Who's your daddy? The LT engines put Chevrolet back on the world horsepower stage and is a very historically significant engine. I'll bet there are a gazillion more SBC swaps than there are LS engines ever made. Optispark forever.

This is a spiritual attack. From an ancient evil. A demon named Optispark. A foul creature bent on spontaneous and sudden failure without cause or reason. ...every 80 or 100k miles. ...if not serviced.
