Well no, not 4, 85 or 86... but any single digit will equal 0. (I didnt work it out, I just described all of the signs that were the same)

For ex. 5... 0 + 5 = 5. 5-5=0

They said it had to be a double digit number. So, since 10 is the smallest, that solution would be 9. So, no number less than 9 can occur. And, since 99 is the largest number before it's 3 digits, that solution would be 81. So, 85 and 86 are out as possibles as well.
